Frequently asked questions
Where are TYTAX products manufactured?
TYTAX machines are manufactured in Poland, in the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the total value of your order and follow the rate tiers shown at checkout. Orders with a value of $4,199 or more qualify for free shipping.
Please note that shipping for smaller orders may appear high compared to the item value. Many Tytax products and accessories require non-standard packaging, careful handling, and manual warehouse preparation. The shipping fee reflects both the carrier cost for these non-standard shipments and the work required to pack each order safely.
Where do TYTAX machines ship from, and how long does delivery take?
TYTAX machines ship from our warehouse in South Carolina. After your order is placed, preparing the machine for shipment usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes about 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Does delivery include assembly or carrying the machine inside?
Standard delivery does not include assembly, installation, unpacking, or carrying the equipment inside a room, garage, basement, upper floor, or other interior location. However, an on-site TYTAX technician visit may be available as an additional paid service. This service can include machine assembly and basic instruction on how to use the equipment. It is quoted individually, so please contact us before or after placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.
What warranty do TYTAX machines come with?
TYTAX machines come with a warranty for the original purchaser. The machine body is covered for 5 years, and other components are covered for 2 years. Normal wear and tear, including paint finish and upholstery, as well as damage caused by improper use, impact, or mechanical damage, is not covered. For full warranty terms, please review our Warranty Policy.
