General Information All exercises that can be performed on our training machines are shown in video form in our application.

When opening the application, you can choose: • the type of machine,
• the station you want to train on,
• the muscles you want to target,
• the equipment you want to use,
• exercises for the standard version of the selected model or with additional equipment options,
• displaying the results from the beginning or the end of the exercise list.


The selected result displays exercise icons. After clicking an icon, a video presenting the chosen exercise appears.
You can browse the displayed materials either from the beginning or from the end of the list.


If you start browsing the exercises from the end, you will find many options not available on other strength training, fitness, or cardio machines.
These are often unique exercises that allow you to perform standard movements in many different ways — more comfortably and more effectively.


Always use the instructional videos if you are not sure that the machine is set up correctly for the given exercise.
If, despite watching the materials, you do not know how to prepare the equipment, do not perform the exercise.

"Exercise Instructions"

When beginning your workout, remember that although every machine model offers the possibility to perform hundreds of different exercises, this does not mean you should attempt all of them during your first session.
Start with the exercises that are the simplest in terms of machine setup. At least at the beginning, make a test movement of the selected exercise and check if everything works correctly.
Perform the first attempt with minimal resistance — apply this procedure at least during your first training session for each exercise.


Do not perform movements that are too difficult for you or those during which — even with a light test load — you feel pain. Get to know the equipment and new exercises gradually, in the following sessions.

"Training Safety"

Although the machines have been produced since 1998 and are continuously improved — including in terms of user safety — no instruction can replace common sense when using them.
They consist of many steel components — and steel, being a very hard material, does not “forgive” carelessness. If you hit any element, you will feel the pain, not the machine.


Therefore, exercise thoughtfully and carefully. The foundation of safety is following the general rules of gym etiquette. Always maintain order and return the equipment to its designated place after completing each exercise and training session.
