What can you do with T2-X? One of the optional accessories is the rowing machine Option RM. The rowing machine is tested by TYTAX® CEO himself in the video below. However, you can perform this exercise as a wonderfully intense workout!

What room will you need?

To perform +800 exercises you need as much as 320 x 300 cm / 126 x 106 in. After workout when it’s idle: 200 x 200 cm / 79 x 79 in, but it can be reduced to even 100 x 200 cm / 40 x 79 in. The height of the room should be at least 225 cm / 89 in, but some exercises require 250 cm / 95 in.

Garage Gym Equipment

Often customers plan to build their garage gym. A garage gym can be a convenient and economical way to stay in shape and active. Even before buying equipment for your garage gym, you need to know that when you want to buy one of the TYTAX machines, these machines have as an additional equipment option, a system for moving the machine on wheels. Then even a huge machine like the TYTAX T3-X can be moved indoors after a workout so you can fit a car in your garage. See in the video that it only takes about 1 minute to put on the wheels to move a powerful home gym like the TYTAX 1-X.

Additional Options for TYTAX® T2-X

Option DA
Pull-ups are excellent back exercises. Many of us enjoy it, but not everyone, especially beginners and the elderly, is capable of doing so. Option DA allows you to do this exercise with assistance (weight reduction) in a variety of ways.
Option JA-TX
At least 200 exercises can be performed with the JA-TX for abdominal muscles, shoulder muscles, chest muscles and back muscles.
Option TB
Option TB includes over 150 new exercises. It was designed to improve traditional barbell workouts like bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, and more. That can be done in a variety of ways.

What’s the story behind TYTAX® T2-X?

The current market is very competitive and it’s hard to stand out. Especially when the new machine model has to compete with T1-X and T3-X that are available, used, and valued by our clients for years. But some people love the TX series but they do not have enough space for those two models. That’s why in 2019 we have decided to introduce the new model - TYTAX® T2-X. After the design was finished it was time to start tests and record the videos for several months. In 2020 T2-X was finally implemented in our offer.

Delivery and assembly

We have been delivering TYTAX® equipment to clients all around the world for over 30 years. Often, the equipment must travel long distances by sea and land before being delivered to your house or office. What will you discover? The machine is within a strong TYTAX® crate! Don't be afraid about the assembly. Take all of our elements and transport them to their final location. Then, using our video tutorial, you should be able to assemble the TYTAX® T2-X machine in around 6 hours.

Lifetime health and machine warranty

We are young, growing up, and learning in school to eventually start working. We are full of vitality as young people - healthy gods! Our physical and biological peaks occur between the ages of 20 and 35, after which our physical activity declines and our body accumulates 5-10 kg of fat. We lose motivation to exercise because we don't need to impress anyone. Women are usually postmenopausal between the ages of 45 and 65, while men's hormone levels fall. This is also the time when we conclude our careers and make the most money, so we spend our free time on vacations or eating out.

The loss of physical condition is noticeable and it accelerates

The beginning of old age (65-75) may also mark the beginning of a minor increase in physical activity. It is related to the fact that when we retire, our time resources expand. Many people are unable to conduct workouts in their middle years of life (75-85), and after that (85+), they become completely reliant.

Does it have to be so?

People who care for their well-being, particularly strength and mobility, at the age of 65 can compete with sedentary 25-year-olds. It is difficult to inspire older adults to exercise, especially if they are content with their current state.

When should we start to exercise?

Every time is a fantastic time! However, the earlier we begin an exercise, especially if weight training becomes a habit, the better for our health. We might say it is never too late or too soon, but we should be aware of the benefits when we do it on a regular basis. Then even the elderly will be motivated to participate. Unfortunately, many of us are aware, but we do not implement it. Even issues like being overweight or being out of shape do not persuade us. We want to avoid unfavorable indications, which usually arrive late, such as a heart attack or major spine problems.
